RacetotheWH is tracking the latest 2024 GOP Presidential Primary polling - both on a national level and for every state in the union. We feature a polling average, which is a more reliable measure of voter's current intentions than one individual poll.

Our polling average gives more weight to polls that are recent, from high-quality pollsters, and that include a large sample size. We give significantly less weight to internal campaign polls and adjust them for bias.

#1 The Full Field: Regular polls that includes the full field of candidates running for President.
#2 Second Choice: Polls that ask voters who they would rank as their 2nd choice
#3 Matchups: Head to head matchups that may arise later in the primary - like Trump v. DeSantis/Haley
#4 No Trump: Polling that shows how the race would look if Trump decided not to run.

We also run a GOP Primary Election Forecast that uses the current polling to project the result in every state if the election were held tomorrow.

In 2022, RacetotheWH called the highest percentage of Senate and Governor races correctly of any forecaster and came within one seat of perfectly predicting the GOP’s final number of seats in the House.
